Terms & Conditions

This site, riwam.dz including the subdomains network and any connected custom domains, hereafter referred to as RIWAM, site, or platform, is owned and operated by Hamza Berrefas (Auto-entrepreneur).

Please carefully read, review, and understand our Terms and Conditions before using any SaaS plans, e-commerce tools, or custom enterprise solutions from RIWAM. Your access to and use of this platform indicates that you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should leave the site immediately and discontinue use of our services.

1. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall RIWAM be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of store data, sales, profits, or business interruption. This includes downtime or errors arising from the use of our built-in integrations, such as external delivery APIs, SMS/WhatsApp messaging gateways, or third-party payment processors.

While our databases are securely hosted on localized VPS servers, you assume all associated risks and costs if your use of our platform results in the need for external servicing or data correction.

2. SaaS Subscriptions and Licensing

RIWAM operates on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. Access to our e-commerce store builders, AI agents, and management software is provided under a commercial subscription agreement (e.g., Starter, Pro Merchant, Business Scale) billed on a monthly or yearly basis.

  • Usage Limits: Your license is strictly bound to the limits of your chosen tier, including the maximum number of connected custom domains, pixel integrations, and professional emails.
  • Sales Commission: RIWAM charges a 0% commission on your store sales; however, you are entirely responsible for handling your own payment gateway fees and customer transactions.
  • Restrictions: You are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or offer RIWAM’s proprietary dashboard, templates, or custom ERP software as your own without our explicit written consent.

3. Ownership and Merchant Liability

All RIWAM products, website templates, AI architectures, and platform infrastructure remain the exclusive intellectual property of Hamza Berrefas (Auto-entrepreneur). You may not claim ownership of our software, whether modified or unmodified.

  • Merchant Content: You retain full ownership of the products, customer lists, and data uploaded to your store.
  • Liability: Our products and services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Because RIWAM charges 0% commission and acts solely as the software provider, we are not liable for disputes between you and your end-customers regarding refunds, product quality, or fulfillment.

4. Free Trial & Refund Policy

We believe you’ll love scaling your business with RIWAM! To ensure it is the right fit, we offer a 3-day free trial for new users to test our dashboard and features.

If you choose to upgrade to a paid subscription and are not completely satisfied, we also offer a 3-day no-questions-asked refund policy on your first payment. Simply contact our support team within 14 days of your original purchase, and we’ll issue a full refund.

5. Warranty & Third-Party Integrations

RIWAM services are provided without any warranty, either expressed or implied. While our platform is designed to seamlessly sync your operations, we do not guarantee 100% uptime or compatibility with third-party systems.

RIWAM is not responsible for API rate limits, outages, or service changes originating from external partners, including but not limited to:

  • The 40+ integrated delivery and shipping companies.
  • Google Sheets or Telegram bot webhooks.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel integrations.
  • WhatsApp and external SMS network providers.

6. Account Termination and Suspension

RIWAM reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account, custom domain, or subdomain (store.riwam.com) without prior notice for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Selling illegal, prohibited, or highly regulated goods through our e-commerce platform.
  • Using our SMS, WhatsApp, or AI agent tools for spam, phishing, or abusive marketing practices.
  • Abusive, defamatory, or malicious behavior towards RIWAM staff or other merchants.
  • Unauthorized resale or distribution of RIWAM’s software or templates.
  • Involvement in hacking, piracy, or utilizing our local VPS hosting for unauthorized activities.

7. Privacy and Data Security

We value your privacy and the security of your customers' data. RIWAM does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with external data brokers.

Your data—including automated AI chat logs, order confirmations, and inventory syncs—is hosted securely and used solely for:

  • Platform operation and order processing.
  • Routing notifications via SMS/WhatsApp (using custom Sender IDs) and Telegram.
  • Account management and technical support.
  • Legal compliance and fraud prevention.

By using RIWAM services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
