  • Site interaction metrics, referring URLs, and page navigation history.
  • Analytics data via Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) Pixels integrated into merchant stores.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to deliver, automate, and optimize RIWAM's services:

  • SaaS Operations & Management: To deploy and host online store templates, manage subdomains/custom domains, and maintain real-time inventory synchronization.
  • Automated Order Fulfillment: To transmit shipping data to connected delivery companies (supporting 40+ carriers) to automatically generate delivery slips and tracking labels.

  • AI Assistance: To train and operate dashboard admin helpers and customer-facing store chatbots to answer inquiries efficiently.
  • Service Optimization & Fraud Prevention: To monitor system performance, screen transactions for risk or fraud, and improve dashboard performance.

3. Sharing Information with Third Parties

We share necessary data with trusted third-party partners strictly to fulfill our core software functions:

  • Delivery & Shipping Partners: Order details and delivery addresses are transmitted via API to selected courier companies (from our 40+ integrated carriers) solely to print delivery slips and complete package fulfillment.
  • Messaging & Telecommunication Providers: Recipient phone numbers and notification text are processed through SMS gateways and WhatsApp API services to send transactional messages.
  • Productivity & Analytics Services:
    • Google: Google Analytics (traffic tracking) and Google Sheets API (order export and management).
    • Meta (Facebook): Meta Pixels for store conversion tracking and ad performance.

4. Merchant Responsibilities & Data Roles

  • RIWAM as Data Controller: We act as the Data Controller regarding account information, billing data, and direct communications between you (the merchant) and RIWAM.
  • RIWAM as Data Processor: When your end-customers place orders on your RIWAM-hosted store, you act as the Data Controller for your customer lists, and RIWAM acts as the Data Processor. Merchants are responsible for ensuring that their own customer privacy notices comply with local data protection regulations.

5. Data Hosting & Security
